Steps to fill the NEET  application form:

  5.  Confirmation page printout.

 NEET Registration:

Candidates are required to go to neet.nta.nic.in and  click on 'fill application form'. 
In the new page, click on 'New registration'

Enter the following details :

  • Father’s name 
  • Date of birth 
  • Category 
  • Gender 
  • Nationality 
  • Persons with Disability
  •  Identification Type
  •  Identification Number
  •  Mobile number

  •  Enter Security Pin
Choose Password: The next step would be to choose a password, retype the same, enter a security question and choose the answer. Keep the security question and answer safe as this may be required to retrieve the password in case a candidate forgets it.Just check all details and submit.

Generation of Provisional Application Number of NEET :  With successful registration for NEET, the provisional application number will be displayed. This must be noted down as it is the NEET login ID for all future logins.

Particular checklist to be verified :  Candidates need to verify all the details by clicking on each section. Then only you can proceed after ticking.

Filling up the NEET 2021 application form:  After completing the registration process. candidates have to click on 'Complete Application Form' .Login using your registration number and password. It is mandatory to fill in the remaining details in the application form of NEET 2021.
